  1. Why did you decide to become an architect?
  2. What types of challenges did you face in obtaining your degree?
  3. What types of challenges did you come across in starting your own business?
  4. How do you deal with the stress of meeting deadlines?
  5. What type of clients are the most difficult to deal with?
  6. Are there any internal politics that you encounter on projects? If so, what are they?
